Dandelion Earth-Friendly Goods Natural Tableware - Product Review and Giveaway

I am very excited to share a Dandelion Earth-Friendly Goods product review and giveaway with you. This is exactly the kind of company I am proud to support because of their focus on creating eco-conscious products that are healthy for our little ones to touch and teethe on - including natural tableware! I had the pleasure of receiving an Infant Feeding Bowl with Spoon, a pack of 8 ReUsable Forks and Spoons, and a pack of 2 ReUsable Plates from Dandelion.

What makes Dandelion's natural tableware so safe and earth friendly?Their products are made from corn! That's right, corn, the renewable and sustainable resource that is naturally BPA free, Phthalate free, and PVC free!
Why corn?Unlike plastic which is made from petroleum, Dandelion's corn formula uses significantly less fossil resources and generates far fewer greenhouse gases.
What do they feel like?All of the natural tableware that I received from Dandelion feels like lightweight plastic. This means that Baby could drop the plates and utensils on the floor repeatedly, as he loves to do, without consequence.
Why else do you love Dandelion's natural tableware?Baby loves biting and sucking on everything possible, and I love knowing that what is going in his mouth is safe. Our real plates and bowls are breakable and too heavy for him, and although we have some BPA free plastic baby tableware that we have received as gifts, it's still plastic - filled with petroleum and other chemicals that are added in to compensate for making them BPA free. I feel much better knowing Baby is basically only putting corn in his mouth with Dandelion's natural tableware.

Dandelion Earth-Friendly Goods Natural Tableware is priced comparably to plastic products, and it's so nice to know that when we use these products, we are keeping our children and the earth safe. I have been loving using these products over the past several weeks, and I highly recommend them. My only caveat is that if you are the kind of person who wants to put everything in the dishwasher, please note that these are hand washable only. I have been using Dr. Bronner - Organic Unscented Baby-Mild Pure Castile Soap and warm water to wash them, and they still look like new - even with all of the massive messes that Baby has created using them!
