Toddlers can have very short attention spans, especially when it comes to eating. That's why I love creating meals that offer 19 month old Baby lots of whole foods that span the food groups within a single bite. Here's a healthy, super easy, crock pot recipe that Baby loves:
IngredientsEqual parts of:Black BeansKidney BeansBrown RiceGreen LentilsCornPeasCarrotsGreen BeansBragg Certified Organic Sprinkle Seasoning
InstructionsIt doesn't get easier than this! Put all of the ingredients in the crock pot and season with Bragg to taste.
TipTo avoid BPA, use fresh or frozen ingredients, or use products in BPA free cans like the ones from Eden Organic.
