I was particularly happy to try Ultimate Omega-D3 during my pregnancy since vitamin D3 is so essential to a healthy immune system and since Omega-3 has been found to be essential to the visual and neurological development of babes on the way. These fatty acids have also been shown to shown to help prevent pre-term labor and delivery, lower the risk of pre-eclampsia and may increase birth weight. They also aid in the production of breast milk, which is very important to me.
