Nordic Naturals Giveaway to Celebrate Their "Back to School Essentials" Campaign {ARV $35; US; 8/12}

I have been a fan of Nordic Naturals' products for quite some time, and now I've got one more reason to support them:

As a former English Language Arts teacher, and now more importantly, a mama to two little ones, literacy couldn't be a more important cause to me. I have been an avid reader for as long as I can remember, and I can't imagine life without the adventure, escape, inspiration, and knowledge that literacy has afforded me. A love of reading has gone hand in hand with a love of learning in general for me, and I wish every child could grow up with these passions. It is a beautiful experience to watch my children begin their path to literacy, and I know that the fact that they are already solidly on this path at ages one and three is a privilege. Back when I was teaching, I saw first hand how much children's lives were affected by a lack of literacy. Not only did it affect their academic performance; it also greatly impacted their self-confidence, social lives, and general sense of well being. I believe that starting children on a solid path to literacy early on in their lives is one of the greatest gifts that we can give them.
