Healthy Baked Blueberry Oatmeal Treats
The kids and I made the most delicious treats the other day, but the best part was that they satisfied my favorite requirements:- HEALTHY- EASY- DELICIOUS
Ingredients- 2 1/2 cups of organic oatmeal- 1 teaspoon of baking powder- a few sprinkles of Himalayan pink salt- a few sprinkles of cinnamon- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil- 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk- 1 egg- 1/4 cup of light organic agave nectar- 8 oz of frozen organic blueberries
Directions- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees- Grease a muffin tin with coconut oil- Mix together the dry ingredients.- Mix together the wet ingredients.- Combine wet and dry ingredients.- Mix well, and then pour the batter into the muffin tins.- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.- Allow to cool, and enjoy!- Refreigerate in air tight container to store. You can also freeze them after they cool.
