Homemade Healthy Crock Pot Oatmeal
Who doesn't love a healthy, hot brunch that smells delicious and has already been cooked for you??
This is a perfect brunch for a cold, winter morning!
Ingredients1.5 cups of almond milk2 cups of water1.5 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt1/4 cup of pure maple syrup1.25 cups of steel cut oats1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology1 cup of Craisins or dried cranberries3 Tbsp of flaxseed3 Tbsp of chopped apples3 Tbsp of walnuts
Make it:1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray (I like coconut oil spray).2. Wisk first 4 ingredients in the crock pot until blended.3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the apples and walnuts.4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3.5-4 hours stirring after 2 hours.5. When it's done, add the chopped apples and walnuts to each serving (not in the crock pot). Enjoy!
